1. Booking and Payment

To book a portrait session with Joel Overstreet, please contact us at least two weeks in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Kindly ensure that payment is settled in full prior to the scheduled session. We strongly advise that the payment is made in its entirety to proceed with the booking.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We kindly inform you that if you cancel your session, your deposit will not be refundable.

3. Copyright and Usage

All images and products produced by Joel Overstreet are copyrighted. The images may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced in any way without written permission. We reserve the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including social media and our website. However, we understand that you might want to share your images on your personal social media or website. You are allowed to post your images on your social media and website. If you could kindly credit Joel Overstreet, the photographer, on your social media platform, it would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

4. Liability

Joel Overstreet is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during your portrait session. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your session.

5. Client Satisfaction

We want our clients to be completely satisfied with their portrait session and final products. We just want to remind you that all sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
